Can only use 100MBit instead of 1Gbit

Is this GS108 a managed switch ? Can you access the Port settings ?
If so maybe you should check that the port attached to the Ultra2+ is set to Auto.
I have several GS108tV1 units and they all work fine with ReadyNAS - inc Ultra2+ (now replaced with Ultra6+)
