Can you format USB drive + what type of backup
Hi , I have a Readynas NV+ v2 Is there any way to format an external USB-drive via the dashboard? You can set the frequency of the full backup but how do you know if it is differential or increment...

You cannot format the USB from the dashboad, but putting the USB in a computer you can format it with FAT/FAT32 and our system will read the USB. You can choose if you want the job to be a full backup or incremental from the "add new backup job" under the "Backup" section. By reviewing the logs you can see if it was an incremental or full backup.
