In the case of an Ultra-6, I would suggest conversion to OS-6 firmware. If you go this route, I also suggest upgrading memory to 2 GB (or perhaps 2x2GB).
Though if you want to stick with 4.2.31 firmware, you can install the add-on described in the link above. rnxtras.com no longer links to the add-on, but you can directly download it from here:
Note this updates TLS to version 1.2 - which will work with current browsers. There is no such thing as TLS 2.0.
You could alternatively enable http access to the NAS by changing virtual.conf as described in the link above. It is possible to do both (which would allow either http or https).
