Cannot access files in shares over NFS

Thanks for the reply Stephen. Yes - I tried using the admin credentials that I use to connect to the web portal. I'm not sure if this is right or not or if I'm supposed to use root or something. Is there a default password for the root account?
I even setup a dedicated account called 'pch' and gave it explicit access to a share. Unfortunately this didn't work either.
Is there a way to leave the NFS share completely wide open and have no security? It's nothing at all that I am concerned about.
