Cannot access files in shares over NFS

(a) All of the folders in your screenshot can be browsed via NFS, and the files are visible. That includes /data/TV and /Movie1/Family. Correct?

Did you try removing the checkbox next to "anyhosts" on the hosts screen?
Maybe also try the reset button on the file screen.

I didn't try that - I thought that it was necessary to allow any device to access the share? I take it that I should remove this and then add the IP address of the PCH?
