Can you post the network settings for both your NAS and computer? For the computer, open a command prompt and type ipconfig /all and paste the output here. For example, here are my settings:
Do the same for your NAS. The settings are under Frontview > Network > Interfaces. I need the IP address, subnet mask, gateway and DNS settings (the last 2 may be under "Global Settings").
