Cannot Access NAS from Windows 7 anymore

Learoy1 - what is the workgroup name set on your Windows 7 laptop? (Control Panel -> System & Security -> System) In that window, the workgroup name is shown in the third panel down along with computer name.
If you have access to Frontview on your Duo, what is the workgroup name on the Duo? Found on the security mode page under the security button on the menu on the left side of the Frontview window.
