Cannot connect to ReadyNas

I am unable to connect to my readyNas device. I was processing permissons, and it froze on me. Once I restarted my PC i was unable to access the device, either through the web browser or file explorer. Eventually, I did get into the web browser and was able to restart the device, but I still cannot access it. Any suggestions?

    What is the model number of your ReadyNAS device and the current firmware version of it?

      Hello,

      Physically turning the machine on and off did the trick.
