Rebooting was one of the first things I tried.
You don't think it has anything to with the é (e with an acute accent, in case it doesn't show on the forum properly) in the folder's name?
I never thought to open a support ticket - they have been pretty good in the past and exchanged two dead or dying HDs.
I have two drives in it, is that what you meant by a backup?
