    You don't need to use different accounts on the NAS.  If you share the same NAS user account, then you will both have full access to the home share.  Of course it will have a different name (matching whatever username you set up).

     

    Also you can see her folder if you access the NAS using admin credentials from windows file explorer.  That shows you the full data volume (including the home folders). But writing to that folder with admin credentials will likely create permissions problems.
