Can't acces ReadyNAS RNDU4000 after switching to Netgear X4S R7800
So i upgraded my router to a Netgear X4S R7800 and now i can't acces my NAS in my windows network, not sure where the problem lies exactly. In my modem settings i can it as attached device but can't ...

Exactly right.
One way to fix it is to change your router's IP range to 192.168.178.(2-254). Your router will let you do that, check its manual for details.
A second way is to directly connect your PC ethernet to the NAS, and temporarily assign the PC an address of 192.168.178.2. Then you can connect to the NAS using https://192.168.178.37/admin and reset it to use automatic IP address assignment (DHCP).
A third way is to do an OS reinstall, using the procedure on page 19-20 here: http://www.readynas.com/download/documentation/HM/ReadyNAS_Ultra_UltraPlus_Pro_HW_13April11.pdf That will reset the NAS to use DHCP, and also change the admin password back to the factory default (netgear1 on OS 4.2.x systems).
Whatever way you use, you can prevent this from happening again by setting the NAS to use DHCP, and reserving the address in the router. This gives you all the benefits of a static address with none of the drawbacks.
