Can't access the setup menu

After clicking on the setup buttom in the starting page the following sccreen occurs:  I use Windows 10 and router Fritzbox 7530. Hope that somebody can help.   Kind regards Helmut

Not sure if you have the v1 or the v2 but you can try checking this related community link and see if that resolves the issue,

Also, you can try using a different and/or older browser.
