Can't connect to admin page

Hello unable to connect to my admin page, tried 3 different browers and restarting, i get as far as the login page. any ideas?

Using with Mac OSX

Do you know what firmware you are running? Was there something that triggered this?

cant think of any reason, just went to login and found i couldnt,
can still see the contents of the drive vis the finder.

  Does https://nas-ip-address/fwbroker respond? Use the real NAS IP address of course.
