I reviewed the case and see that the issue was due to a problem with uninstalling apps, which was a known issue in 6.2. I'm marking this as solved.

If you are using IE11.
Select the gear-icon in the upper right corner and choose compatibillity view settings. Add your readynas IP to the list. Reload. Ignore sertificate warning. You should be in.
