Can't copy or delete a folder/file
Greetings. I was just going to ignore this but I am curious. I keep my iTunes library on my NAS and had a downloaded audiobook which is a .m4b file get stuck in the download folder. In the past...
Definitely try deleting from the GUI (and reboot/try again if that fails). Also check the logs and the SMART stats on the drives. If the drives look good, and you still can't delete I'd submit a support ticket via support.netgear.com (email if you purchased more than 90 days ago).
