Can't Create ReadyDR Jobs

I had a problem after upgrading my RN314 from 6.6.1 to 6.7.1, which was the subject of another post.  I corrected that by doing a factory restore which corrected most of the problems.  This is the one remaining issue so I thought it made sense to make it its own post.

 

I am now trying to recreate the ReadyDR jobs that go from my RN526 to the RN314.  These were working fine before the firmware update.

 

When I try to upload the Access Key onto the 314 I get the following error screen.

I've check the ReadyNAS documentation but there is nothing that discusses this error nor have I found anything on the community boards.

 

I know the two units see each other on the network because I have a Backup job that runs from the 526 to the 314 and that is performing without issues.

 

Uploading the Access Key is pretty straight forward so I can't imagine what I am doing wrong.

 

I even tried doing a second Factory restore and a manual reinstall of the 6.7.1 firmware but neither of those things corrected the issue.

 

Would appreciate any help.

    Hello dschwartzer,

     

    Are you getting the same error on another web browser? Have you not upgraded the firmware of RN526 too?

     

    Please pull the logs and see what's in the readydr.log.

      I am getting the same message in Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Yes, the 526 was also upgraded to 6.7.1.

       

      I am traveling until 5/22/17 but will check the logs as soon as I return.
