Can't enable SMB on RN428

     Globably just means "these settings are for all shares".  The alternative is to configure the SMB transport for each share in its share settings.

    Desired - Encrypt the network when possible (if the client supports it), but allow access if the client doesn't support encrypted transport. 

    Enabled - Allow the network transport to be encrypted (so it will only be encrypted if the client requires that).

    Disabled - never encrypt the network transport (denying access if the client requires it).
