Cant open pictures on RAIDar

Question

When login in remotely to RAIDar all pictures have this icon that cant be opened.&nbsp; Thank you for the help.&nbsp;

Those are .jpg files and are supported image files, it usually has an image preview loaded. Is it in that state for a long time? Have you tried accessing the files via Windows explorer?

Are you connected locally on the NAS or remote?

Hi, thanks for the help.&nbsp;Locally I have no issues.&nbsp; Its when connecting remotely.If I remember correctly at the beginning I had no issues, possible this happened after update. not sure.&nbsp; The only way to see the pictures is downloading them to pc.

Does it show a preview afer some time? Usually the load time is the culprit since you are connected remotely, but since those are .jpgs it should not have any problem opening the files

The wheel spins for a few seconds and then nothing happens.&nbsp; Just empty picture viewer.

Have you tried other PCs? by connecting remotely means through VPN or ReadyCloud?
