The NAS will is correctly identifying the disk (2 TB Seagate) and the volume size (1 TB). It will not expand to 2 TB until you install a 2nd 2TB disk and let the NAS re-sync the data. Once the data is resynced (and the volume is protected), the NAS will expand to fill the rest of the disk.
In a nutshell, you need to add another 2 TB disk.
