can't ssh from ReadyNAS Duo to a server ssh with port not 22
Hi, I need to access from my ReadyNAS (typically from a cron job) to an SSH server installed on a laptop. But the server is not rooted, so it runs with port 2222. I have been trying to ssh to th...
But I can log into the SSH server from another computer on the same WiFi LAN network. The other computer is a windows laptop with Putty.
Strangely, I have another windows laptop with another version of Putty which cannot log into the server, but this second windows laptop is my work computer and I have noticed that the firewall on this laptop can block some ports. That is why I thought that the ReadyNAS Duo had some similar problem.
Do you have any idea how to proceed next?
