Yes.
ARM units such as the 102 still use EXT4 for the OS parition. It is still 4GB and can get full.
There were some improvements to log rotation in 6.1.9. It's possible a large log file could be filling the OS partition.
There are of course other possibilities.
The Intel units use BTRFS for the OS partition, so instead of df -i on those you would use a different command. The OS parition is 4 GB on these units too.
