Remember that RAID0 is NOT redundant! If you use both 1TB drives in the same RAID0 then only one of drives have to fail before losing ALL data.
If you use RAID0 on each drive then you a get volume per drive (C & D) and if a drive fails, then only data on that volume will be lost.
A little step by step (creates 2x RAID0 volumes):
1) Connect the new 1TB drive in a computer (not the Duo)
2) Copy all data from the Duo to the new drive (remember to verify it)
3) Factory default the Duo and in 10min window, change to Flex-RAID and pick RAID0. Wait for it to complete
4) Copy all data from the new drive back to the Duo (remember to verify it)
5) Disconnect the new 1TB drive and insert into the Duo. You may have to reboot
6) Add a volume from frontview or raidar, and pick RAID0
Once the new volume has finished have you 2TB in your Duo. Again, if a drive fails then ALL data is lost on that drive.
