Changing ReadyNAS 102 permission to have no restrictions
Hi there,
We had a ReadyNAS 102 which was setup for AD authentication.
We now need to change the permissions on all the folders so that it can be given to a 3rd party with no restrictions on access.
I have changed the authentication from AD to Local users.
On each Share I have changed the File Access permissions to "Everyone" Read/Write and the Share permissions to "Everyone" Read/Write and ticked the "Allow anonymous access" check box.
When I try to access the share I can gain access to the share and can see the folders within - but all folders are inaccessible "You do not have permission to access"
I basically want anyone to be able to access the data, no authentication required.
What am i doing wrong?

In the share properties for each share, select File Access at the top and Reset at the left. Then click Reset Permissions in the prompt. That will reset the file permissions to the share permissions you have now.
