CIFS share not working

Have done factory default without any success. Have reset it, upgraded it etc.
Yes Windows 7 does not see them. They are visible in frontview in the share section (and set to CIFS and allow guest access), however I am not able to browse the folders using raidar.
Edit: No I cannot see the shares using the webadress https:.... The web interface says they are not reachable.
