Connect Squeezebox to NAS when computer is off

I am not sure I understand you correctly.
You need Squeezecenter (Logitech Media Server) installed on your readynas, not on your PC - have you done this?
You will of course need to install the x86 version of Squeezecenter (Logitech Media Server) on your Duo v2 - the instruction page you provided a link to has not been updated.
If you also have Squeezecenter (Logitech media Server) installed on your PC, then you may have pointed your SB Radio at this installation, rather than at the readynas installation - you will need to check this in the settings on your SBRadio (music source).
I cannot think of any other reason why you would have this problem other than the fact that you have set up the SB radio to connect to an installation of Squeezecenter (Logitech Media Server) on your PC.
