I am not sure about this: "You will need to configure Squeezecenter on the NAS, usually you need to access this from your PC using the LAN address of your readynas: ipaddressofduo:9000"
Enter http://ip.address.of.duo:9000 into a browser - replacing "ip.address.of.duo" with the IP address of your Duo eg http://192.168.1.100:9000
