Could not delete a folder

Hi,      I could not delete 2 folders in ReadyNAS 516. I have enabled SMB in settings and deleted snapshots for those fodlers also. But I could not delete those folders. Please guide.   Regards...

Are these shares or ordinary folders?   

 

Are you trying to delete them from the Admin Web UI, or from Windows?
