Create a share from an EXISTING folder.
I have a bunch of folders on my main disk that were created through bittorrentsync... they're just regular old directories. It seems that OS6 lets me create a new share, but I can't figure out how to create a share from an existing folder... How do I do this? It's failing when I try to create the share, presumably because it can't create the directory (since it's already there)... This is so silly... Thanks in advance!

- RXLuminaryIt seems that what you are referring to is either you want to create a folder inside an existing share or create a folder inside a folder within an existing share, am I right? Are you trying to do this within the web-GUI of the NAS or via SMB access? Have you already the check permissions set on the share where you want to create the folder?
- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserRename the folder, create a new one with the original name from the web ui, and copy the contents. Brute force, but it will work. It probably makes sense to leave bitrot protection and snapshots disabled.
