credential issue
After having issue, I did a factory reset. Firmware 6.10.5 During setup I fill up my creedentials (new password) When I try to log in, it goes to the admin page friefly the restart the login prose...

Try using Chrome as the browser, and browse to https://nas-ip-address/admin Use the actual IP address of course (and don't substitute the NAS name). Also type out https:// explicitly.
There is a hotfix for this issue coming, so if this workaround succeeds you could just continue to use it until the hotfix arrives.
