Thanks for the reply, given ReadyNAS NV+ run at about the price of a new 104 I'm inclined to get a new unit. Is the process of accessing my old disks difficult? Is there any cost associated with getting support to assist? Also, is there even a support team in Australia? I'll have to look into that I suppose!
