Deleted snapshots but disk still full
We've recently ran into a space issue with our ReadyNAS 314. It is currently on firmware version 6.4.2. We are running out of space and about 2/3rds of the drive space is listed as snapshots. 3 days ...

I attempted the balance but it ran in finished in about 1 minute. Also started a defrag.

Possibly there are some old (hidden) snapshots that didn't get converted with 6.4.x was installed. Your fastest path is probably to use your free chat support (support.netgear.com)

Also be sure to download your logs so you can send the logs zip file in to support. They will request those.
