deleted user, i can recover home folder with all data?
hi,
following some evidence for the resolution of a problem sharing folders, it deleted the user from the control panel readynas. with the elimination has canceled the home directory with the data it contains. how do I retrieve the folder? it is estimated to be approximately 1 TB of data.
the firmware is RAIDiator 5.3.10, the sytem has 4 disks X-RAID2
there are the tools? Help me. thank you

One option is to contact Netgear support (my.netgear.com) and ask about data recovery. It will be expensive.
You could try some RAID recovery tools (most are not free either, but generally there is a trialware mode where you can see what they can find).

I would try anyway groped a recovery, what can I use, what are the tools? and how should I connect directly via LAN?RAID recovery software would run on a PC - some require a linux boot, some will work on Windows. You'd need to connect your disks to the PC, it cannot be done over the network. ReclaiMe is one package (though I haven't needed RAID recovery, so I am not in a position to make a recommendation).
Netgear has their own methods, so you'll need to wait for their response.
