Is your LUN thin or thick?
As far as NAS volume usage is concerned the LUN is a file on the data volume. In this case a file that is about 10TB in size.
For thick LUNs (which are usually best) whether there is no data on the LUN or it is full it will take up the same amount of space in current data.

I received the logs and can confirm their are no snapshots. Looks like you must have current data filling up all that space.

The entire NAS is allocate to ISCI, and show less free space in the NAS console than is showing in the ISCSI connected drive letter.
