Drive replacement issue in Pro Business

BTW, I bought seven of these very expensive drives last Spring, and this is my third failure. I love the long warranty but I have no idea how they get a 1.2M hour MTBF - these things are pieces of crap. I had replaced the 500G version of the same drive in my Pro and had about 3 failures in two years, which still seems excessive.
I got screwed pretty hard by WD back in the 1990s, but I think my next upgrade isn't going to be Seagate.
