Drive replacement issue in Pro Business

Try clearing your web browser cache (e.g. Temporary Internet Files in Internet Explorer).
It could be a bad batch of drives, poor handling by courier etc. NetGear does extensively test drives before approving them.
If wanting to try a different brand, you might want to try Hitachi drives from the Hard Disk HCL next time.
