Drive replacement issue in Pro Business

Here is the total contents of diagnostics.log (S/Ns redacted):
I also tried removing and re-inserting the drive, and the displays got weirder - the health indicator showed the drive still in and "Dead", RAIDar showed "yellow", and the log reflected the removal. When I replaced it, RAIDar showed "Green", the health indicator still said "Dead", and the logs did not reflect the re-insertion. My main issue here is the discrepancies between the different indicators.
