Duo initial setup - setup is greyed out

To do factory reset you:
1. Power down
2. Ensure at least one drive installed
3. Press and hold reset button with paperclip
4. Turn on NAS
5. The LEDs will blink twice. Release reset button after second blink (about 30 seconds)
