Duo to Android Streaming (Local and Remote)

Estrongs would be fine for me as it would allow for ftp (this is ok isn't it or do I NEED sFtp?) but do I need to set up the Duo to allow streaming etc.
There's Andromote mentioned on another thread. I'm sure somebody has dreamed this up before me.
