Duo to Android Streaming (Local and Remote)

ftp is not designed for streaming.
estrongs is a file browser, not a music player.
you would need a music player that supports connecting through ftp, but again ftp isn't a streaming protocol.
the duo has a very low power cpu, lower than your phone even (which itself is only ~500mhz instead of the more powerful 1ghz models).
I would suggest you try last.fm or pandora streaming radio, they will be much better than any solution involving the duo and trying to use ftp or any web based streamer addon for your duo.
