I hope you do not lose data.
There is a lot of advice dispensed on the forums about backups, but not as much effort is put into promoting the use of UPS. There are a phenomenal number of problems reported that are associated with power cuts, and it's relatively simple and cheap to prevent these problems.
Metalguru69, I hope you have a backup, and you will I'm sure now use an UPS.
