If you have DLNA off on your Duo v2, the PS3 should not find your NAS as media server unless you have an other media server add-on installed. ReadyDLNA is the DLNA-server add-on that is pre-installed on your NAS, you can find more info here.
Reloading the mediaserver list on the PS3 has always worked in the past for me (using ReadyDLNA on my Ultra 2). I don't have any experience with the ARM models, so I'm afraid you'll have to wait till someone answers who does.
