First try updating to the latest ReadyDLNA: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=76&t=27946
If that still doesn't fix the problem you could force the DLNA database to be rebuilt using this add-on: http://rnasguide.com/wp-content/addons/arm/DLNAREBUILDDB_0.1-arm.bin
