Duo v2 NFS extremely poor performance

I have the same problem and I am very frustrated !
I have readynas duo v2 with two WD disk and try to copy files from my vmware esxi 5.1 to nas and speed is terrible slow ,
i don't use scripts only I mount the storage and copy to it by hand and it is terrible slow. And when I log in with ssh to the NAS i see that load of the device is about 2-3 and more ? There is some bug with this NAS device :(
