Duo v2 NFS extremely poor performance

I made another test from diffent linux box , I mount the nfs share and start to copy some big file to the NAS and it was ok ... hmmm it turns out that there is only problem with combination between vmware ESXi 5.1 and NETGEAR NAS DUO v2 ???
This is strange maybe esxi uses some other tcp packet sizes or I don't know what but is incopatible with our netgear ?
Anyway I want to fix this problem and will continue to experiment.
