The erase option would be the secure erase. Not letting this complete would be the cause of this issue.
You have three options:
1. Do a secure erase again and this time let it complete
2. Seek help e.g. from L3 support (via a tech support case) to fix this issue. It's a very easy issue to fix. Should only take a tech a few minutes or so to unlock the drives once remotely logged into your unit.
