Easy fix fan/temp OS6 issues on x86 legacy #no support
>> EDIT - 2014-04-12 << Before to hack your system, update first to 6.1.7. Built-in fancontrol support is there! 6.1.7 has been released: http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=76000 ...

Now that the ambient temprature has dropped to 20C, the CPU temperature varies between 45-47C, The system temprature varies between 58-64C. No fan warnings in the last 48 hours or so. The fan is currently running at around 880rpm.
A fixed higher speed would be a nice start, noise is no problem in my case. Some way to calibrate the fan to achieve a lower average would be ideal.
