One option is to use paid support (my.netgear.com).

I booted in "Read only" mode.
The NAS displays "Resync 33,34 %".
I can access Web interface.

Good. You should confirm that you have access to your data.
Wait for the resync to complete. While that's going on:
- Most importantly, you should be backing up the data on your NAS before you reboot. If you need USB drives to do that, then purchase them right away. Back up the most critical data before then (as much as you can).
- click on the volume setting wheel and see if quotas are enabled. If they are, disable them.
- It would also be good to disable services that you don't need or can live without. For instance, the antivirus service.
