One option is to use paid support (my.netgear.com).
Can you boot the NAS in read-only mode using the boot menu? See pages 28-29 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf

I booted in "Read only" mode.
The NAS displays "Resync 33,34 %".
I can access Web interface.

Hi StephenB,
Good News !
After RAID reconstructing, I could access all my datas then I made backups.
After rebooting in normal mode, all is ok.
I updated firmware 6.9.2 to 6.9.3 with success.
