Thank you for answering me.
On Windows, I can't even see the readynas when I could before. On Mac OS X, I can use my shared folders without troubles.
I tried resetting the permissions too... When I connect on the web interface of the readynas and go to "Shares", It's still the same. I got the same message.
Readynas OS 6.4.2 is running on the NAS.

Hi Jay-972,
Thank you for your response. Check the SMB file sharing protocol if its enabled on the system and shares. Also. send the system device logs (address it to BrianL) to check what's the problem on your system.

Hi Jay-972,
I've found share collection errors in the logs that you've sent. In order to fix this problem, we need an assistance from one of our L3 Engineers. Contact first our support team for a support ticket and have it escalated. Take note a fee is required for the said service since your product is already out of support warranty.
