error 15002020817

error 15002020817 when try to activate SMB or SSH after update to 6.5.1 from "factory reset 6.5.0.

SMB & SSH is off...

    Where do you see the error message? Can you post a screenshot please?

     

    Do you still have access to files and admin page?

      Thanks Jenny, but I already resetting to the default settings (factory) with full erashing data

        Did the factory reset (wipes all data, settings, everything) resolve the problem?

        That is a rather blunt way to fix it and does require doing a restore from backup which can take quite some time if you have a lot of data.

        That error indicates that there was a problem in setting the service to enabled/disabled.

         

        Typically for troubleshooting this we'd start by looking at the logs and if that and looking around remotely on the system is not sufficient to identify what caused it use information in the error code to help us to identify the problem.
